What's the difference between a brand film and a business video?

A brand film tells the emotional story of who you are: your values, your people, and why you do what you do. It's typically 90 seconds to 3 minutes and is designed to build a lasting connection. Business video is a broader term that covers specific assets, product videos, team overviews, testimonials, social content, each built around a particular goal rather than a full brand narrative. We do both.

How long does the whole process take from start to finish?

From your first conversation to final delivery, most projects take 3–4 weeks. We spend the first week in pre-production, aligning on your story, shot list, and schedule. Production is typically one full day on location. Post-production (edit, color, sound) takes 1–2 weeks, with revisions wrapping up shortly after.

Do I need to write a script, or do you handle that?

We handle it. During your discovery call, we'll ask the right questions to pull the story out naturally. Most brand films use authentic, unscripted interviews rather than read narration, it comes across as more genuine. We craft the questions, guide the conversation on camera, and shape the narrative in the edit.

Do you travel outside of Asheville for productions?

Yes. We regularly work throughout western NC, including Hendersonville, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Brevard, and beyond. Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Asheville may incur a small mileage fee. For projects further afield, reach out and we'll put together a custom quote.

Can I use the videos on social media, my website, and in ads?

Yes. You receive full commercial usage rights to all delivered content. Use your videos on your website, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, digital displays, anywhere you need them. The content is yours.
